RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Operations Support Analyst in Atlanta, GA.
Overview
This team is looking to fill the position of an Operations Support Analyst for a new content management system (CMS) tool, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role will play a key part in the upcoming AEM implementation and change management associated with the rollout, scheduled for mid-May.
Primary Duties:
* Operations Support Analyst will be hosting training sessions and addressing user questions
* Conducting front-end user training sessions before the rollout
* Collaborating with the product team and IT team to develop support models
* Collecting end-user feedback to create documentation and refine best practices for the tool
* As an Operations Support Analyst, you will be managing ongoing support requests from business users
* Coordinating with an implementation partner for documentation creation and process improvements
REQUIREMENTS:
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) expertise:
* Strong understanding of AEM (super user)
* Experience with Change Management associated with AEM rollout
* Knowledge of best practices, functionally and key features for marketing use
* Experience with Abode Work front is a plus
* Experience with 'ad unit activation' and 'personalization tools' is a plus
* Experience support end user support tickets
Training & Documentation:
* Experience conducting user training and developing instructional materials
* Ability to simplify complex processes for business users
Support & Collaboration:
* Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, business, and tech teams
* Hands-on experience providing technical guidance for AEM
* Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting AEM-related issues
Marketing Experience:
* Experience with marketing technologies and processes
* Understanding of paid social and email marketing workflows (not ecommerce)
Additional Details:
Preferred Industry Experience:
* Retail experience preferred or experience in highly regulated industries like banking or pharmaceuticals
Tools & Technologies:
* Jira (work management for several months)
* SharePoint (document management)
* Strong familiarity with AEM senior user functionalities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
