Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities:
* Project Manager will coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects, ranging from new client onboarding to network refreshes and cloud migrations
* Develop project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
* Create and maintain project documentation including timelines, resource plans, budgets, and risk assessments
* Manage communication between technical teams, clients, and vendors
* As a Project Manager, you will monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues or roadblocks
* Ensure all projects align with MSP best practices, security standards, and SLAs
* Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
* Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3 years of experience in project management within an MSP or IT services environment
* Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (networking, servers, cloud, etc.)
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Exceptional communication and client management skills
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, or similar)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
* PMP, PRINCE2, or CompTIA Project certification is a plus
* Prefer a hybrid professional located near and willing to go into an office in: Detroit; Chicago; Minneapolis; Dallas; Phoenix; Raleigh

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
