RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Philadelphia, PA that is seeking a Salesforce Administrator.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as in-house expert and primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment
* Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
* Perform monthly, quarterly and annual analytics on overall utilization trends, transactional outcomes, and overall system ROI and effectiveness
* Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
* Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams
* Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform
* Assist with implementing a strategy to ensure complete alignment of the platform's capabilities and users with the company's strategic objectives
* Design, develop and maintain a series of complex workflow rules and business processes as defined through documented business requirements
* Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform
* Partner with our Data Warehouse, Applications Development, and Web Applications teams to integrate Salesforce with internal systems through a combination of batch processing as well as real-time, web service API-based communication
* Assist in the coordination of evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
* Ensure that all data shared with and/or stored in the cloud is subject to the security policies defined in our corporate data governance guidelines
* Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
* Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations
* Work with the RSL IS team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IS, Analytics, or other field with equivalent and relevant experience
* Minimum of five (5) years of Salesforce Administrative and Development experience
* Proficiency in HTML, XML, Flex, JavaScript, ASP, SQL, Java or C , SOAP-based web services
* Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools, Eclipse Force.com IDE)
* Strong understanding of relational databases
* Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
* PC proficiency, including MS Office Suite products as well as the ability to become proficient on required internal system applications on a timely basis
* Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
* Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
* A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
* Ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
