Summary:
Robotics Manufacturing and Technical Operations (RMTO) is looking for an innovative, customer-obsessed Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the team in support of business scaling to deliver the next generation of robots. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, relishes having a hand in the future of robotics and is able to adapt and excel in a highly ambiguous environment. This role requires a unique combination of engineering know how, problem solving, curiosity, innovation, leadership, and effective communication.
Key job responsibilities:
The TPM for RMTO Data & Analytics responsibilities include:
* Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion
* Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Business Intelligence Engineers, and Functional Managers to define and deliver analytics tools and insights
* Look for opportunities to simplify and automate redundant processes as well as tools to allow customers to self-educate and self-service data
* Partner with stakeholders to develop a data strategy which will enable the future of AI, CV, and ML capabilities
* Lead technical excellence across the data team raising the quality bar of all output
* Translate the requirements of the business stakeholders into technical requests to the partner technical teams
* Utilize agile methodologies to run sprints to deliver data analytics and enable business insights across the full portfolio of RMTO's services
* Work with partner teams to refine the BI and visualization space across Robotics
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in related field
* 2 years of hands-on experience with PLM, ERP, and/or MES systems
* Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
* Experience developing and presenting recommendations of new metrics allowing better understanding of the performance of the business
* Must be familiar with Tableau or other data visualization tool
* Must be familiar with Databases (not looking for them to code, looking for them to understand level of complexity)
* Must have project timeline management experience such as communicating risks
* Communication, writing and collaboration skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
