You will also supervise a small team of accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the accounting function.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, preferably with a CPA certification. At least 10 years of experience in accounting management, with expertise in Medicare and Medicaid, is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will work closely with the COO and other members of the management team.
