Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned US Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships within Asset-Intensive Industries (Oil & Gas, Process, Manufacturing) in the Ohio region . This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles, mentor teams, and deliver innovative SaaS and service solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed regional revenue targets in asset-intensive sectors.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers, partners, and procurement stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead end-to-end sales discussions with a deep understanding of client technical processes, pain points, and business goals.
  • Identify, qualify, and close high-value deals while expanding market share in the assigned territory.
  • Coach and support sales representatives to enhance performance and achieve collective quotas.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to C-suite executives and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with product and service offerings.

Qualifications :

  • 15 20 years of B2B sales experience , with a focus on Asset-Intensive Industries (Oil & Gas, Process, Manufacturing).
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and managing multi-million-dollar accounts.
  • Expertise in selling SaaS applications and consulting services to industrial clients.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven programs, stakeholder alignment, and procurement processes in asset-heavy sectors.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM / ERP platforms for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence procurement decisions at all organizational levels.
  • Established network with System Integrators , OEMs, or Big Four Services Organizations (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across the U.S. for client meetings and industry events.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working with global OEMs or enterprise-level service providers.
  • Certifications in strategic sales (e.g., CSP, SPIN Selling).
  • Knowledge of industrial IoT, predictive maintenance, or digital transformation trends.
