About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Manager, Logistics, Customer Service, & Operations to join the KHAITE team. This role will report to the Director of Logistics and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices. This role will support and optimize our supply chain, fulfillment, and client support functions. This role will be critical in ensuring operational efficiency, seamless customer experiences, and overall business growth.

The salary range is $85,000-95,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidates' relevant skills and experience. This role will be critical in ensuring operational efficiency, seamless customer experiences, and overall business growth.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage global logistics and distribution operations for an omni-channel environment, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Oversee relationships with shipping carriers, warehouses, and 3PL providers to optimize performance and cost.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
- Develop and implement operational best practices to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Production, Merchandising, Wholesale, DTC) to align operations with business goals.
- Handle escalated wholesale customer inquiries and work cross-functionally to resolve issues efficiently.
- Utilize customer insights to improve experience, policies, and processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolution of any issues.
- Work closely with internal teams to support wholesale customers with inventory availability, order tracking, and delivery updates.
- Implement processes & strategies tailored to both direct-to-consumer and wholesale business models to ensure a premium experience across all channels.
- Assist the Wholesale team with market order entry, upload process, reorders, RTVs, receiving & managing purchase orders
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently with both external and internal partners.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- 5 years of experience in logistics, operations, and customer service within a luxury or high-growth retail environment.
- Strong understanding of global supply chain management, e-commerce fulfillment, and customer support.
- Experience managing 3PL relationships and optimizing logistics strategies.
- Proficiency in ERP, EDI and warehouse/order management systems; experience with RLM & Joor a plus.
