We're hiring for a part time Campground Wrangler for the 2022 season. The goal of the Campground Wrangler is to provide support to the campground primarily by maintaining the grounds and assisting guests as needed outdoors. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and be capable of operating basic lawn care equipment. Candidates must be able to regularly lift between 30 to 50 pounds.
Available shifts: Monday and Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Responsibilities include:
- Using Campspot software and iPad to process transactions for firewood & ice sales, assisting guests with accepting our terms & conditions, researching site availability for guests to book reservations on site
- Cleaning porta potties daily
- Mowing, weed eating, weed spraying, raking as needed
- Hanging site markers
- Enforcing campground rules as needed
- Providing information regarding campground activities to campers and assisting with those activities
- Checking/emptying site trash cans and cleaning fire pits, cleaning up dog droppings or trash not disposed of properly
- Delivering firewood and ice to sites as needed.
- Assisting with cleaning and stocking bathhouse daily, problem solving and assisting with facility maintenance
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $10.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
