Child Care Director

We are looking for the next leader of our NECPA accredited, Gold Seal child care center! We are looking for just the right candidate to GROW our school to the level of excellence we know it can be!

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to oversee the management and operations of our childcare facility. As the Director, you will be responsible for strategic planning, senior leadership, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our facility.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the entire center
- Manage and oversee all aspects of facility operations, including hiring, training, curriculum, maintenance, special events, parent engagement, enrollment
- Lead and supervise a team of up to 12 staff members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and department heads.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant licensing regulations and safety standards
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for the center.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practice

-Maintain accreditation and Gold Seal status

Experience:
- Proven experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated experience in operations management and project management
- Ability gain and maintain strong relationships with families.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify opportunities for growth

Must have:

~Minimum of Associates Degree in the Early Childhood Education field

~Be able to pass a background check

~Be able to pass a drug test

~Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Childcare leadership role.

~Florida Directors Credential

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
