What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director position at Kid City USA?
Our Directors must:
- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all state guidelines and implementing all corporate guidelines.
- Communicate directly and effectively with parents and staff on a daily basis.
- Maintain an organized office space.
- Have a passion for the growth and development of the precious children in our care.
- Be dependable and have excellent references.
- LOVE spending the day with the children in our center.
- Have their Directors Credentials.
We are most interested in applicants with the following:
- High school diploma/GED & at least 1-year experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- State required courses
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education
- OR Level IV Early Childhood Professional Credential
- 21 years of age or older
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
