We are seeking a skilled Engineering Program Manager to lead our Program Management Office (PMO) and drive execution across diverse global teams. This role requires a strategic thinker who can establish program management best practices, develop standard processes, and ensure alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, and budget while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the PMO : Manage and develop global teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Define Program Management Roles : Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and competencies for program management teams.
• Drive Execution and Performance : Oversee the product development process, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Develop Common Processes & Tools : Implement standard work practices across the PMO organization.
• Collaborate with Business Leaders : Support budget planning, product strategy development, and effective business communication.
• Establish Organizational Communication : Develop dashboards and conduct regular portfolio reviews.
• Manage Engineering Programs : Lead programs through the New Product Introduction lifecycle, from concept to production.
• Risk Management : Identify and mitigate program risks to ensure project success.
• Facilitate Cross-Functional Teams : Drive collaboration among engineering, product management, quality, and operations.
• Communicate Program Metrics : Deliver clear and concise program updates to stakeholders.
