Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Two Year Old Educator to join our team at Kiddie Academy of Apopka. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that supports the growth and development of our students. Your contributions will play a vital role in shaping young minds and fostering a lifelong love of learning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the Life Essentials curriculum.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Initiate potty training routines and follow the department of children and families guidelines.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Utilize effective behavior management strategies to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
