Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Center Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ramping up utilization and managing a successful childcare center. This role requires a passionate leader who can ensure the highest standards of care and education while driving enrollment and maintaining a positive, engaging atmosphere for children, parents, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs that meet the developmental needs of children.
- Build strong relationships with families, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators and staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment and maximize utilization.
- Plan and execute marketing and community outreach initiatives to promote the center and attract new families.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).
- At least one year of Center Director experience (highly preferred) or three or more years of center leadership/management experience (required).
- Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role.
- Strong knowledge of state licensing requirements and regulations.
- Proficiency in using childcare management software and other relevant technology.
- Experience in a childcare management role, with a focus on increasing utilization.
- Candidates with experience in launching a new location will be highly regarded.
