Kids and Family is actively seeking committed and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to become integral members of our team. We provide essential services to children during their early childhood and educational years, focusing on supporting their development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement behavior intervention programs tailored for children with Autism and related diagnoses.
• Collaborate closely with staff and families to achieve skills acquisition and behavior modification objectives.
• Conduct and compose Functional Behavioral Assessments and Positive Support Plans to guide intervention strategies.
• Create a nurturing and engaging atmosphere for children and their families, fostering growth and learning.
