To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a CDA, Bachelor’s or Associate degree in early childhood education or related field, CPL 3 and 1 year previous management/leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility.
Requirements:
- Manage all licensing requirements diligently, ensuring compliance in classrooms and school files.
- Cultivate strong relationships with staff and families, fostering trust and engagement.
- Conduct tours and engage with families warmly.
- Clear a background check.
- Familiarity with Minnesota Licensing Rule 3.
- Conduct regular, timely reviews and classroom observations.
- Master the art of multitasking and time management.
