What are the responsibilities and job description for the Integrated Systems Sales Expert position at Kidwell, Inc?
Kidwell is seeking highly motivated individuals with an interest in emerging technologies to join our growing sales team. Our Integrated Systems Sales Experts play a critical role in the development and success of our unique organization. This position will target new customers in the territories of NE Nebraska, NW Iowa, South Dakota, and SW Minnesota providing a business case and ROI for selecting Kidwell to fulfill their low voltage cabling, physical security, healthcare technologies and audio/visual needs. To achieve that, typical sales activities will include prospecting, conducting sales calls, providing product demonstrations, business planning, and proactively managing a sales pipeline to maximize your success.
What You’ll Do:
- Market Kidwell’s Integrated Systems products and solutions to all corporations, with the goal of identifying customer pain points and offering solutions to improve customers’ technology and efficiency.
- Develop relationships with current and prospective clients, to gain insight into their business needs.
- Provide top-notch account management for our existing customers, to ensure that Kidwell remains at the front of mind as new projects are released.
- Work collaboratively with the Kidwell sales team to market all of Kidwell’s products and solutions to all prospective customers.
- Identify and analyze future projects so that the Kidwell team can create a successful bid or engineered solution for the customer.
- Develop industry knowledge, to stay ahead on industry needs and trends.
- Manage daily sales functions including pipeline management, managing partner relationships, business planning, and driving revenue.
Do You Have What It Takes?
- 2 years of business-to-business sales, industry experience preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree or 2-year associate’s degree is preferred, but not required. Sales or Industry field experience can be substituted for education.
- Candidates must have a passion to learn and understand the solutions we provide.
- Strong communication skills are required for this position to be successful.
- Self-starters and those extremely goal orientated are strong candidates.
- Ability to work in a flexible environment with a diverse team structure.
- Available for frequent day travel, and occasional overnight travel.
