Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Director to lead our child care program. Duties
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the developmental needs of children.
- Supervise and support teaching staff, providing guidance and resources to enhance their effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding child care services.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with parents to foster strong relationships and support children's learning at home.
- Manage administrative tasks including enrollment processes, budgeting, and record keeping.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
- Organize professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills in education administration.
Requirements
- A degree in Education Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working with students in a child care or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
