You'll be responsible for answering phones, conducting basic intake and managing client inquiries efficiently and effectively.

We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our team. Ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze the clients needs effectively.
Key responsibilities for the Client Care Coordinator:
Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team member or department.
Conducting basic line intake, gathering necessary information to initiate client interactions.
Managing client inquiries via phone, email, or in person meetings, and providing timely and accurate responses.
Maintaining client records and ensuring data accuracy in our CRM/ Practice Management System. (Central reach)
Collaborating with other team members to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
Assisting and scheduling appointments and meeting for clients and team members.
Providing administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements for the Client Care Coordinator:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service related field is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service or client facing role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Experience in the ABA field is a plus
Experience with the use of Central reach is a plus
