Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at Kiefer Kia, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing information about our services, and ensuring their experience is smooth and positive. You will be a key part of our customer satisfaction efforts while having the opportunity to earn commissions based on your performance. Plus, you’ll be joining our team just as we prepare to open our new dealership—an exciting opportunity to be part of something new!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers both in person and over the phone.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide product and service information, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Schedule appointments for service and sales consultations.
- Resolve customer complaints in a positive and professional manner.
- Maintain customer records and update as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Achieve individual and team goals, with commission opportunities based on performance.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in an automotive or retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
- Basic computer skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
