- Provide daily guidance and coaching to team members
- Dispatch flights and check students in/out of lessons
- Reschedule flights due to maintenance, weather, and other factors
- Evaluate daily operations against Kilo Charlie procedures
- Assist with scheduling basic maintenance events
- Oversee fleet safety and ensure aircraft handling
- Bill flight reservations accurately and on time
- Provide exceptional customer service
