* Dispatching flights and checking students in/out of lessons
* Re-scheduling flights due to maintenance, weather, and other factors
* Ensuring daily operations comply with aviation procedures
* Assisting with scheduling basic maintenance events
* Overseeing fleet safety, including coordinating with others for aircraft handling and ensuring aircraft are secured nightly
* Billing flight reservations accurately and on time
* Providing excellent customer service
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization of facilities
