Duties:
- Data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
-Proficient in Word, Excell and BS&A
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email
- Maintain records for fire billings and Cross Connections
Experience:
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
