Role Term: Summer/Fall (Full-Time May - December 2025), this is a cooperative education program so you would be required to take off from school during the duration of the co-op term.

In this role, you will:

  • Create/Review/Improve Processes and Standard in Material Flow

  • Develop Standard Work/Leader Standard Work/Health Metrics

  • Lead Lean Problem Solving for process gaps

  • Benchmark with other Kimberly-Clark facilities

  • Identify process improvement opportunities within material flow, including interactions with Planning, Yard, Operations, etc.

  • Gain Mill/Warehouse experience

  • Improve Material flow process knowledge

  • Connect with other Supply Chain and Operations functions

In one of our co-op roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Students must have completed 2-3 years toward a four-year college degree; preferably in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics Management, Manufacturing Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 overall GPA is preferred (transcripts will be requested).

  • A high degree of analytical skill is required

  • Experience with Power BI/Query, Tableau, preferred

  • Advanced Excel skills, preferred

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship both now and in the future.

Starting Hourly Wage: $21.50 USD


Total rewards at Kimberly-Clark
includes the above starting wage offer and is eligible for overtime pay. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
