Job Title : Office Specialist - Building Safety
Pay : $20.68 per hour
Location : Santa Ana, Ca
Schedule : Mon-Thurs; 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm (every other Friday off)
Job Overview :
We are seeking a temporary Office Support Clerk to assist with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. This role involves maintaining and organizing records, operating office equipment, and providing general office support. The position is expected to last up to one year.
Responsibilities :
Perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and creating / reviewing spreadsheets.
Maintain, coordinate, and destroy records according to retention guidelines.
Operate office equipment including computers, printers, scanners, and fax machines.
Use software programs like Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Requirements :
1 year of general clerical experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Experience with Laserfiche is a plus.
Spanish-speaking skills are desirable.
Ability to type 40-50 WPM.
Strong customer service and telephone communication skills.
