- Efficiently manage high call volumes and warmly greet applicants.

- Conduct thorough in-person and phone interviews and oversee the full recruiting cycle from paperwork to placement.
- Engage actively in onsite hiring events and provide detailed job information to candidates.
- Showcase your adaptability by balancing recruitment duties with onsite responsibilities, including employee confirmations and client communications.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Highly preferred: A seasoned recruiter with a track record of managing high-volume recruitment.
- An exceptional multitasker with a high school diploma (or equivalent) and bilingual abilities in English and Spanish.
