About the Position:
We're hiring a Preconstruction Manager who will oversee branch location management, project estimation, and project execution. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in bidding and purchasing storefront and curtain wall projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage branch locations and lead project teams
- Estimate and manage projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
- Purchase materials and services for projects
- Prepare submittals for approval
- Oversee door and door hardware installation
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in construction estimating or project management
- Knowledge of glass and glazing products
- Familiarity with major aluminum systems
- Experience with estimating software
- Ability to prepare submittals and reports
- Strong communication and leadership skills
