We're seeking an experienced Assistant Director to join our team. As an Assistant Director, you will play a key role in leading our centers to success, working closely with our Center Directors to achieve our goals.
- Assist the Center Director in overseeing teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve center performance and increase customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with parents, teachers, and community leaders to promote our programs and services.
- Serve in various roles throughout the center as needed, including teacher, cook, and/or driver.
