Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Director to oversee our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) specializing in eating disorders. This leadership role involves managing clinical operations, supervising a team of therapists, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be a licensed, master-level therapist with extensive experience in higher levels of care, particularly with eating disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and performance evaluations for clinical staff.
- Oversee admissions, client case assignments, and program implementation to ensure consistent quality of care.
- Manage crisis situations and offer after-hours support as needed.
- Serve as an advocate for patients during insurance reviews and secure appropriate coverage.
- Lead interdisciplinary case conferences and coordinate care with healthcare professionals.
- Develop and deliver ongoing training to staff to maintain best practices.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree and active licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
- A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in a management role preferred.
- Expertise in treating eating disorders and experience in higher levels of care.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
