CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST
We're searching for a Customer Care Specialist in Alpharetta, GA , someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will work collaboratively and directly with the operational team and fellow Customer Care Specialist team members along with communicating regularly with lenders and aftermarket product providers in the automotive industry.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Process product cancellations and initiate refunds, following detailed procedures.
- Navigate various systems to find and communicate with contract administrators.
- Create check requests to ensure timely payments to consumers and ensure lender compliance.
- Enter lender account data accurately and efficiently to ensure a positive experience.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets to meet established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collect and enter refund quotes from providers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete with minimal to zero errors.
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation across company systems.
- Verify accuracy of quote data to ensure the completion of the quoting process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
