We’re partnering with a long-standing client—an innovative, growth-oriented manufacturing company based in Milford, MA—to find a strategic, hands-on Director of Marketing who can lead from the front. This role has an opportunity to grow into a Vice President role!
This is an opportunity to own the marketing vision and execution for a respected B2B industrial brand. You’ll be the driving force behind lead generation, digital strategy, and brand visibility—directly impacting revenue and market share. In this role, you’ll:
- Develop and lead marketing strategies that expand brand presence and accelerate growth.
- Drive multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, events, and trade shows.
- Own the messaging and content strategy aligned with customer needs and market trends.
- Leverage CRM tools (SAP preferred) to track, optimize, and measure campaign performance.
- Manage vendors and oversee budget planning with a focus on ROI.
- Partner with senior leadership to elevate the company’s market position.
What we’re looking for:
- 7–10 years of B2B marketing leadership in industrial or high-tech manufacturing.
- Strong digital marketing expertise and campaign execution skills.
- Proven success in demand generation, content strategy, and brand development.
- Comfortable working in CRM (SAP a plus), CMS (WordPress, Drupal), and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A strategic thinker who’s also ready to roll up their sleeves and execute.
