Job Title: Construction Bonds & Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time)
Hours: 20-30 hours per week
Location: King George LLC, Fort Worth TX
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Bonds Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will support the bonds department by assisting with document preparation, data entry, client communication, and administrative tasks related to construction bonding. This role requires accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and processing construction bond applications and renewals.
- Maintain and update bond-related documentation, ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations.
- Communicate with clients, underwriters, and internal teams to gather necessary information for bond issuance.
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and organize digital and physical files.
- Assist with tracking bond expiration dates and follow up on renewals.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, responding to inquiries, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars for supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction bonding, insurance, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with document management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in administrative support or customer service is a plus.
