Commercial Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and presentable. This role is crucial in providing a safe and pleasant atmosphere for both employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective sanitation.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify cleaning needs and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Skills

• Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
