What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at King's Music Academy?
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, customer support, and possess excellent phone etiquette. Experience and or passion for music education is a plus.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls/texts and explaining the details of our Music Academy
- Make outbound phone calls/texts to new inquires/warm prospects
- Scheduling appointments
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with onboarding and registering new students
- Perform data entry tasks accurately via our CRM system
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office administration role is ideal but not required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
