We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. Duties
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Manage and lead a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contract documents to ensure accurate execution of project plans.
- Oversee budgeting processes, including tracking expenses and managing resources effectively.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all work meets industry standards and specifications.
- Utilize software tools such as Prolog and ProCore for project management and documentation.
- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to coordinate schedules and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety meetings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role within the industry.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting practices related to construction projects.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and contract documents.
- Familiarity with quality control processes in construction settings.
- Experience with project management software such as Prolog or ProCore is preferred.
