Job Title: Onboarding Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that new employees have a smooth and positive onboarding experience. The Onboarding Specialist will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure that all new hires are properly onboarded and integrated into the company culture. Candidate should be able to speak Spanish proficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees
- Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed and filed
- Provide support to new hires during their first few weeks on the job
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding program
- Continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience for new hires

Requirements:- Proficient in Spanish
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- 1 years of experience in onboarding or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
