We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Kingspan Light Air. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing customer engagement, and increasing sales efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).
Requirements:
- 5 years of inside sales leadership experience, preferably in building materials, construction, or manufacturing industries.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and drive strategic action.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive both business development and increased close rates.
- Experience leading and transforming inside sales teams into high-performance sales organizations.
- Strong knowledge of consultative sales methodologies, lead qualification, and sales process optimization.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) for pipeline management and sales forecasting.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and team development skills, with a focus on performance management and accountability.
