Job Overview
- As our new PLG Growth Manager, you'll develop a comprehensive growth strategy from the ground up.
- You'll focus on converting users into paying customers by refining their experience, optimising interactions, and unlocking fresh revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an end-toend PLG growth strategy.
- Streamline user journeys to guarantee smooth onboarding and accelerated time-to-value.
- Conduct experiments to boost activation, conversion rates, engagement, and retention, guided by data-driven decisions.
- Enhance pricing and upselling tactics to create seamless transitions from free to paid tiers.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to integrate growth initiatives into all aspects of the business.
- Analyse critical metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, conversions) to inform strategic decisions and drive improvements.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS, DaaS, or Open Data/APIOriented businesses with a focus on product-led growth or user acquisition.
- A data-centric mindset with expertise in A/B testing and user behaviour analysis.
- In-depth understanding of growth loops, engagement strategies, and user retention.
- A team-oriented and creative approach to problem-solving with a passion for interdepartmental collaboration.
