Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and friendly female Front Desk Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about our menu.
• Perform cash handling duties, including processing payments and managing the cash register accurately.
• Assist with stock management by monitoring inventory levels of supplies at the front desk.
• Communicate effectively with other team members to coordinate guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to create an inviting environment for guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, especially Asian restaurant, is highly preferred.
• Basic math skills are essential for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and math concepts is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy setting.
• A positive attitude and willingness to assist others are key attributes for success in this role.

Pay: $12.34 - $15.00 per hour
