- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting.
- Email Automation: Manage our weekly outbound email automation engine end-to-end.
- Account-Based Prospecting: Target desired logos and accounts.
- Goal Setting: Proactively set and exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Customer Outreach: Engage with customers of all sizes, from startups to enterprises.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads to ensure alignment with our services.
- Demo Booking: Schedule and manage product demos with potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to refine sales strategies.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in growth, SDR, or AE roles, preferably at a top B2B early-stage startup.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
- High aptitude, ambitious, and hungry with an enviable work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail and formatting in your resume.
- Excited to work in-person in our San Francisco office, with the ambition to eventually lead a team.
- Experience as an early sales hire at a high-growth startup with rapid career progression.
Compensation
- Salary: $70,000 - $120,000 (50/50 Base OTE. Uncapped Commission)
- Equity: 0.1% - 0.3%
- Benefits: Uncapped commission structure, significant equity stake, and growth opportunities with no ceiling on potential career advancement.
