Job Overview:
KIPP Atlanta Schools seeks an experienced Campus School Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing all administrative aspects of school events, field trips, transportation services, parent engagement and student recruitment. He or she will ensure stakeholders are presented with meaningful opportunities to consistently engage with the school through community meetings, special events, weekly communications, and student support initiatives. The Campus School Operations Manager will maintain excellent stakeholder, vendor, and district relationships and will closely collaborate with the Campus Director of Operations for the purpose of efficient daily school operations.
Job Responsibilities:
School/Community Support
- Identifies new systems and programs for efficient school operations and process improvements
- Manages the creation and dissemination of staff duty schedule
- Manages distribution of school ID cards and designations.
- Supports the coordination and daily operations of dual enrollment transportation
- Supports student recruitment and enrollment process
- Supports the planning and execution of all school events (for students, parents, and staff)
- Supports academic events where parents are concerned (e.g. Academic Content Night)
- Manages and executes the planning of all school field trips
Communication
- Manages weekly newsletter in collaboration with Principal, Assistant Principals, and DOO
- Prepares and distributes weekly newsletter to all families
- Updates school website with parent information, forms, special events, etc.
- Manages social media platforms highlighting school values
- Manages school wide communication system account and ongoing maintenance
- Manages digital announcements for display in lobby
Testing Support

Responsible for managing logistical aspects of testing including but not limited to: logistics, materials, proctor assignments, staff trainings, and technology. Primary tests include:
- ACT
- Co-Advanced Placement
- EOC Milestone
- ACCESS for ELL
- PSAT
- AP-for-All EOMs
Dual Enrollment
- Lead bi-annual parent meeting
- Coordinate one-on-one meetings prior to each term to schedule courses
- Liaison between colleges and high school
- Provide ongoing support for students in the Dual Enrollment program
- Coordinate with registrars to update high school schedules to correspond to dual enrollment schedules
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Proven experience managing projects and data
- Experience with developing and maintaining productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as a leader and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation for this role is between $80,000 and $90,000. The starting pay will depend on various factors that may include but are not limited to professional experience, education, training, and certifications. KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools offers a competitive benefits package that includes:
- 8 days of Paid Time Off, in addition to identified holidays and regular school breaks including Fall Break, Thanksgiving Break, Mid-Winter Break and Spring Break.

Location & Work Conditions:
This position requires candidates to be based in Atlanta and regularly be in schools and able to attend in-person meetings and events. Additional in-person time may be necessary based upon organizational needs.
