Kirkwood is a continuing care retirement community located in the Birmingham/Irondale area.
The purpose of this position is support the Personal Care department through daily management of caregiver schedule and general office management including taking call for the department.
Major Responsibilities:
*Schedule caregivers to residents as directed by services requested from resident and/or families
*Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed
*Coordinate daily floater schedule
*Print and distribute daily floater schedules and work sheets to caregivers
*Report issues or concerns regarding care from residents to Personal Care Director
*Serve as backup to caregivers unable to fulfill daily schedule
*All other duties as assigned
*Minimum 1 year experience in home care industry
