Daycare Director or Assistant Director

Qualifications:

.Must currently hold a NAC, CDA, CCP and 1 year of childcare experience or minimum of 60 hours state approved child care courses.

. CPR, First Aid, and Food Handlers Permit

. Great communication with staff, parents, and children.

. Ability to supervise, lead by example, and create a family atmosphere for staff and families.

.Able to give/receive constructive criticism to/from staff when necessary, to ensure job functions are being done correctly.

. Able to adjust to and implement changes.

.Ability to handle stressful situations with maturity and good judgment.

.Self Starter

Responsibility

. Ensuring Child Care Quality Standards are upheld in each classroom by working with teachers on training and goals

. Onboard and train New Hires in all policies and processes.

. Take part in daily operations as a class teacher to lead by example.

. Support staff and children in daily success.

. Maintain daily operations and tasks to ensure completion

.Continuing training for all staff.

.Daily Reports to Management

.Actively ensure safety and compliance are followed.

.Forecast Schedules

.Uphold Company Policies

.Create a positive, loving, and well being environment for all.

Schedule and Pay

Monday - Friday Typically 8-5 but hours vary between 6:30 am - 9 pm based on company need. 1 Saturday per month.

$15.00 - $20.00 Depending on experience and individual Qualifications
