KISS Cafe is looking for one bartender.
Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged. Our ideal candidate put the is a fast-paced, multi-tasking, team player.
Our bartender is expected to:
- Cut garnish and prepare mixers.
- Maintain a stocked, neat, sanitary, and orderly workstation.
- Polish glasses.
- Manage to-go orders.
- Provide prompt, courteous, expedient service - with a smile, and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Create weekly or biweekly/seasonal/holiday drink specials. This is an opportunity for an up and coming bartender to mature their skills in a high-volume, elevated environment, or for an experienced bartender to work in a guest-focused, fast-paced, teamwork-driven Breakfast and Lunch restaurant, providing the chance for creative freedom and showcasing your skills.
Our Brunch Bar is a 7 seat bartop with a walk-up service window during waitlist service, and an additional 24 seat section.
Bartenders are paid $7.25* hourly tips tipout based on alcohol sales.

Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
