KISS Cafe on Johns Island, SC is looking for one (1) FOH Support staff member to join our fun-loving, fast-paced, teamwork-based establishment.
We are located at 1802 Crowne Commons Way Unit C1.
Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, hard-working, and most importantly - willing to learn.

This position, to begin (1st 2-4 weeks), will be an average two (2) - three (3) training shifts per week.
The position will typically run Fri-Sun, with the opportunity to pick up shifts, and to be scheduled additional as available and needed.
A Stage (Working Interview) is required for this position. This stage is paid ($10/hr.)
A formal interview may be required in order to schedule the stage.
This position is paid between a set hourly payroll rate (Bi-Weekly Direct Deposit) and a set hourly tipout rate. (Weekly)
Starting pay is based upon performance during the stage, along with experience.
Responsibilities
- Member will be cross-trained between Hosting, Bussing, Expediting/ Food Running, and Bagel Counter Sales Associate positions. The opportunity for increasing hours and pay dependant on performance and availability.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Strong organizational and motivational skills.
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Ability to work quickly in a small space.
- Dedication to working as a team towards one goal.
- Great customer service skills.
- Previous experience is a plus but not required.
