Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a FOH Manager located in Sullivans Island, SC. The FOH Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the front-of-house, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction, training and managing staff, and driving sales and revenue. Additional duties include coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience, managing reservations and guest inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage management
- Ability to effectively train and manage staff
- Proven track record in sales and revenue generation
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
