Our team is growing, and we currently have a job opening for a full-time, Accounts Payable/Receivables Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle A/P
- 3-way matching
- Vendor maintenance
- Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as needed basis
- Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections and revenue recognition
- Data entry
- Create and maintain monthly and quarterly customer billing
- Prepare financial reports through collections, analysis and summarization of data
- Maintain and balance general ledger
Required skills:

- Desire to improve processes and contribute to those improvements
- 3-5 years relevant experience working in accounting and bookkeeping
- Advanced skill level in Excel
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of GAAP
- QuickBooks Enterprise
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field a plus
