This position has the responsibility of spreading happiness and assisting in making sure that all aspects of the Jam & Relish Shop meet KKF standards by: 1) ensuring guest satisfaction by making sure they receive an exceptional experience at the register zone and within the retail shop, 2) maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment, and 3) efficiently and accurately handling guest transactions.
Essential Functions
- Providing excellent guest service
- Be an expert in all register and cash handling functions
- Assist with training
- Coordinate, monitor, and coach register area team members and floor positions
- Assist shop Captains with periodic team member evaluations and development plans
- Monitor guest traffic
- Assist with scheduling
- Open/close registers
- Answer guest questions
- Keeping all areas of the shop clean
- Assist with merchandise inventories
- Perform other related duties and special projects as required and assigned
