Kitchen Kocktails is looking for a Front of House Manager with deep Chicago ties for our newest upscale Southern Comfort restaurant in Chicago. Primary responsibilities will include:

Job Duties
· Deliver revenues and profits by developing, marketing, financing, and providing appealing restaurant service.
· Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction by demonstrating a "Do Whatever It Takes" attitude.
· Utilize leadership skills and motivates employees to ensure cost control and labor management.
· Inspect establishment and observe workers and patrons to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulations.
· Ensure paperwork accuracy, including daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
· Ensure that the restaurant is adequately staffed to meet guest needs and sales goals.
· Ensure high level of communication with Owners/Stakeholders.
· Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting evaluations and investigating any complaints. Initiate corrective action as required.
· Ensure the security and safety of the restaurant and its guests and associates.
· Lead special projects as directed by the Owners.
· Any other duties deemed necessary.

Physical Requirements
