Duties and Responsibilities
- Call appointments and new leads to book appointments
- Answer work line for incoming leads and convert into appointments.
- Convert showroom walk-ins into appointments.
- Schedules install dates with customers, installers, contractors, and internal sales/operations teams.
- Manages project of the month submissions, social media management/postings, and customer reviews.
- Use CRM system, social media, and other online tools and systems to manage and engage with prospects, leads, and customers
- Assists owners in various sales and operations efforts
- Works with customers on final selections for their remodel
- Invoicing with customers
- Maintains and keeps the showroom looking clean and organized
- Technology savvy (computer, smart phone, CRM programs, Microsoft Office).
- Highly motivated, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Optimistic, enthusiastic and friendly attitude
- Experience with using social media for business lead generation preferred, but not required.
- Preferred but not required experience with online tools:
- Canva / Photoshop / ProKitchen
- ServiceMinder (or similar CRM system)
- BuilderTrend
- Pipedrive
