Kitchen Tune-Up & Bath Tune Up of Denver is seeking an Administrative Assistant Specialist | Inside Sales to join our team, offering kitchen and bath remodeling updates across the greater Denver area. We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand with homeowners.

Your primary responsibilities will be to support our sales and project teams in the qualifying, nurturing, and planning / executing phases with our customers. Ultimately, you will support and manage multiple phases of the pre- and post-sales processes of the job including booking appointments, managing customer final selections, scheduling of jobs, and ensure pre / post sales job processes go smoothly and error free.
Duties and Responsibilities
Call appointments and new leads to book appointments
Answer work line for incoming leads and convert into appointments.
Convert showroom walk-ins into appointments.
Schedules install dates with customers, installers, contractors, and internal sales / operations teams.
Manages project of the month submissions, social media management / postings, and customer reviews.
Use CRM system, social media, and other online tools and systems to manage and engage with prospects, leads, and customers
Assists owners in various sales and operations efforts
Works with customers on final selections for their remodel
Invoicing with customers
Maintains and keeps the showroom looking clean and organized
Qualifications
Technology savvy (computer, smart phone, CRM programs, Microsoft Office).
Highly motivated, dependable, with a strong work ethic
Organized with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Optimistic, enthusiastic and friendly attitude
Ideal Candidates :
Experience with using social media for business lead generation preferred, but not required.
Preferred but not required experience with online tools :
Canva / Photoshop / ProKitchen
ServiceMinder (or similar CRM system)
